For private-practice therapists on Psychology Today and other directories. US, UK, Australia and Canada.
Your profile, rewritten to be chosen.
You pay every month for the listing. The profile text decides whether a person calls or scrolls past. Paste yours and answer 10 questions. We rewrite it from your own words, inside the directory's limits, with your credentials exactly as you give them. In 2 days. No promises invented.
Sample only. Sam Example, the LCSW licence, the insurers, the fees and the town are invented for this sample; nothing here describes a real therapist. Read the whole sample pack.
How it works
Three steps. Two days.
Paste your profile and answer 10 questions
Your current profile text, who you most want to work with, what they are struggling with when they find you, how a first session goes, fees and insurance as you list them, and your credentials exactly as they appear on your licence. Two minutes.
We rewrite it from your words
Opening paragraph written to the client, the full about section, a suggested order for your specialties, the first-call line, and a short version for a second directory. Inside the character limits. Nothing added that you did not tell us.
You paste it in
We never log in to your account. You get the pack as PDF and plain text, with a one-page change sheet (what moved and why) and anything we were unsure about as questions. One free round of edits.
Free check, right here
Paste your profile. See what a searcher sees.
Runs in your browser. Nothing you paste is sent anywhere. It shows the first 200 characters (the search preview), whether the text fits the three Psychology Today boxes, how often you say “you” versus “I”, whether the opener is a credential or modality list, and any outcome-promise words.
What the search preview shows (first 200 characters)
Does it fit the boxes?
Psychology Today's three personal-statement boxes take 640, 360 and 360 characters (Reframe's reading of the directory). We split your text at paragraph breaks; if you have one block, it all counts against box 1.
Promise and outcome words
What we would change
This is a word count and a word list, not a review of your clinical content and not advice. The rewrite on this page is the paid part.
The price
One price. One profile.
- Opening paragraph written to the client, inside the directory's preview and box limits
- The full about section, in your voice, from your words
- A suggested order for your specialties and issues, with the reason for each move
- The first-call line and a short version for a second directory
- A one-page change sheet and a list of questions, never guesses
- PDF and plain text within 2 days of payment. One free round of edits. A second profile is another order.
Pay by card through Whop, in your currency. The checkout asks for your order code from the form below (or tell us you will email your profile text).
Plain truth: this is marketing copy for your own profile, never clinical advice. We never invent or upgrade credentials, licence numbers, specialties or modalities; they appear exactly as you give them. We make no outcome or cure promises and no guarantee of enquiries, and we remove such promises from your draft. The directory's own rules still apply: Psychology Today's terms say every profile must have a unique personal statement, written in the member's own voice, accurately representing you, and must say whether you work in person, online or both; that is why we write only from your words and you paste it in yourself. Psychology Today membership is $29.95 a month with no contracts (its published price, read 15 October 2026); the rewrite is under two months of that. Refunds: if the pack is late, or you are unhappy within 7 days and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.

Questions
Straight answers.
Will you make my credentials sound more impressive?
No. Your credentials, licence, specialties and modalities appear exactly as you give them. If something is unclear we ask. We never add a modality, a certification or years of experience.
Will the copy promise results?
No. We make no outcome or cure promises and no guarantee of enquiries, and we take such promises out of your current draft, because they are the kind of claim a licensing board can ask you about. We say who you work with and what a session is like; the client decides.
Does it break the directory's rules?
Psychology Today's terms say every profile must have a unique personal statement written in the member's own voice, not boilerplate, accurately representing you. That is why the pack is built from your own words and answers, why you review and paste it yourself, and why we never log in. The final text is yours. Read the terms link in the footer; other directories have their own rules, and you remain responsible for yours.
Is this clinical advice?
No. It is marketing copy for your own listing. We do not advise on treatment, diagnosis, ethics or scope of practice.
Which directories?
Psychology Today (US, UK, Australia, Canada) is the one we know box by box. TherapyDen, GoodTherapy, Counselling Directory and BACP profiles use the same pack; tell us the limits in the form and we fit them.
Why is the opener the big deal?
The first 200 characters of the statement show in the search results preview (Big Fish SEO's reading of the directory). Most profiles spend them on a credential sentence. We spend them on the person searching.
Do you use AI?
Yes, with a person checking every line against your answers, and nothing in the pack that you did not tell us. Your words stay yours.
